Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance across the plaza.

The role requires working a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and all company policies and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
