Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead an in-store team and deliver premium customer experiences across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S.

The role requires a highly engaged individual who can drive sales performance, supervise staff, and maintain store standards. The position supports training, inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to quality policies while working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to district sales targets.
• Train and develop sales staff to ensure product knowledge and brand representation.
• Manage operational controls: inventory, cash handling, QA policies, and store cleanliness.
