Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store customer experience and drive sales across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the United States. You will guide a motivated team, model brand standards, and ensure operational excellence in daily store activities.

The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to train staff, and a hands-on approach to inventory and customer service. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background is required.
• Ability to take direction and delegate effectively through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills are required.
• Prior retail experience is preferred in a specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Supervise and develop staff to achieve sales goals and standards.
• Train staff on product knowledge and Lindt brand standards.
• Maintain proper stock levels and store operations for inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and store procedures.
