Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium chocolate brand’s retail team in the U.S. You will help drive store sales, supervise staff, and maintain operational excellence, delivering a premium Lindt experience to customers.

The role requires a strong sales background, willingness to train staff, and the ability to manage inventory and POS processes. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate effectively.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and contribute to district goals.
• Train and develop staff to Lindt standards and ensure product knowledge.
• Ensure inventory control and cash handling procedures meet company standards.
