Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver a premium in-store experience for customers. You will supervise sales staff, ensure achievement of sales targets, manage stock and cash procedures, and uphold Lindt standards in customer service and visuals.

You will train and develop staff, address issues professionally, and maintain store safety and cleanliness while working some nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and track record in retail.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills for cash handling and POS audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plan and targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards: 4 Moments of Influence, dress code, upselling, and customer focus.
• Monitor stock levels and escalate stock issues to Store Management.
• Support Store Manager with training and development of sales staff.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge and brand representation.
• Maintain operational controls, cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working conditions.
