Job summary

Ambros Foods, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing operations during assigned shifts. You will lead team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced pizza environment.

You will coach staff, manage cash handling, and help implement promotions and procedural initiatives while maintaining a respectful, productive workplace for all team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide direction, coach team members, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to remain organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and accurately handle cash and restaurant transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and other shifts based on business needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required when job responsibilities include making bank deposits or other authorized business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure consistent execution of Pizza Hut standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, speed of service, and restaurant readiness.
• Provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally in accordance with Company service standards, including the B.L.A.S.T. process.
• Support execution of Company promotions, new products, and operational initiatives.
