Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant or food-industry experience with prior management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage financial controls, inventory, labor, and operating results.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of Pizza Hut standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and overall restaurant readiness.
• Ensure team members provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly per BLAST process.
• Manage financial results, forecast sales and staffing, and control costs.
• Communicate restaurant results and opportunities to the District Manager.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and health requirements.
