Job summary

Ambros Foods, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will direct team members, strive for a positive guest experience, uphold food quality and safety standards, and ensure Pizza Hut procedures are followed.

You will lead by example and foster a respectful, productive work environment, coaching staff and resolving guest concerns as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for directing team members and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure consistent execution of Pizza Hut standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, speed of service, and restaurant readiness.
• Provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally following company standards (BLAST process).
• Support execution of promotions, new products, and operational initiatives.
