Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a cafe or food service.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings and weekends.
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification for state and role, or will obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafe operations and service flow to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold Blue Bottle standards.
