Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach others and delegate tasks.
• Knowledge of cash handling and store safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift with craft and heart; create a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, adapting as needed for customers.
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more teammates.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and safety standards.
