Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee shifts, coach crew, and keep drive-thru and counters moving. You’ll ensure quality, handle cash, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

OPENING, mid, and closing shifts are available; weekends and early mornings are common. Prior Dunkin’ or retail leadership helps you excel and grow within our franchise network.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience.
• Dependable and able to lead others.
• Stay calm and friendly during busy periods.
• Count cash accurately and follow procedures.
• Able to stand, bend and lift for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Set the line for the shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich stations.
• Move staff as the rush varies.
• Coach crew in the moment with recipes and quick feedback.
• Fill in any station when drive-thru backs up.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot, remaking drinks when needed.
• Follow cash, labor and food-cost procedures.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness; earn ServSafe certification.
• Train new Crew Members; report equipment issues.
• Shifts open, mid, and close; mornings and weekends busy.
