Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, seeks a Shift Leader to run the floor during your shift, set line assignments, and keep the drive-thru moving while coaching the crew.

Open as early as 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., weekends included; you’ll train new crew, handle guest issues, and ensure safety and cleanliness; ServSafe certification is part of training.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or Dunkin’ crew.
• Dependable with the ability to lead others.
• Remain calm and friendly during busy times.
• Accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures.
• Able to stand, move for full shifts and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Set the shift lineup across drive-thru, front counter, and stations.
• Move staff to where they’re needed during rushes.
• Coach crew with recipes and quick feedback.
• Jump in at any station during drive-thru backups.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot.
• Follow cash, labor, and food cost procedures.
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks; earn ServSafe certification.
• Help train new Crew Members and report equipment issues.
• Open as early as 4 a.m. to 11 p.m.; weekends and mornings are busy.

Coach the Team & Run the Floor

You know the rush. Now you run it.

As a Dunkin’ Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor) with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re

in charge of the floor for your shift. You set positions, keep the drive-thru moving, and coach the

crew so every drink and sandwich goes out right. It’s a great next step if you’ve been crew for a

while, or if you’ve led a shift somewhere else and want a real path into management.

What you’ll do

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe® certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
• Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
