Job summary

Bluemont Group is hiring a Dunkin’ Shift Leader to run the floor during your shift, coach the crew, and ensure fast, accurate service from open to close.

You’ll manage line assignments, handle guest issues, and uphold safety and cash procedures while supporting training and equipment care. This is a hands-on leadership path for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to lead a team
• Ability to count cash accurately and follow procedures
• Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy periods
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or Dunkin’ crew is a plus
• Second language is a nice-to-have

Responsibilities

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks and earn ServSafe certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager
• Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times

Coach the Team & Run the Floor

You know the rush. Now you run it.

As a Dunkin’ Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor) with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re

in charge of the floor for your shift. You set positions, keep the drive-thru moving, and coach the

crew so every drink and sandwich goes out right. It’s a great next step if you’ve been crew for a

while, or if you’ve led a shift somewhere else and want a real path into management.

What you’ll do

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows

• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
