Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to run the floor during your shift. You’ll set the line, coach crew, keep the drive-thru moving, and ensure every drink and sandwich goes out right. This is a great step from crew roles into management.

Murphy, NC based with early start times and varied hours. Open early and late; weekends busiest. You’ll train new team members, handle guest issues on the spot, and follow cash, labor and food cost procedures.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience.
• Dependable and able to lead others.
• Remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
• Accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
