Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while delivering a WOW experience to customers.

You will supervise a team of hourly Team Members, assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding and training, and apply a culture that values inclusivity and authentic individuality.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
