Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Miami, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and speed while delivering a WOW experience to customers. You will guide a team and collaborate with leadership to support the shop’s success.

You will lead a high-performing, guest-focused team, supervise scheduling and onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes inclusivity and personal growth.

Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high performance team of hourly Team Members.
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
