Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Metairie, LA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and support a warm, WOW experience for guests.

You will lead an hourly team, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training, and partner with shop leadership to drive performance while delivering high-quality doughnuts to customers.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know their originality is welcomed and loved.
