Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking Shift Supervisors to master their craft and ensure that all operations run smoothly to create a WOW experience for our guests. You will oversee an assigned shift and work with the shop leadership team to support daily goals, safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

The role requires two years of relevant experience and one year of supervising a team, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where everyone is welcomed and loved.
