Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain brand standards and food safety compliance. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling procedures.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and adherence to procedural guidelines in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment; assist in training new team members.
