Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards across food safety and cash handling procedures. You will train new teammates, supervise daily tasks, and safeguard compliance with company policies.

The role requires standing for extended periods, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and monitor compliance with brand standards.
