Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep and cleanup.
• Ensure customer service and speed of service goals; maintain cleanliness and QSC standards.
• Prioritize tasks, manage break schedules and adjust staffing to sales volume.
• Train team on new products and procedures and support staff as needed.
• Handle cash, deposits and audits; monitor compliance with procedures while on shift.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a positive dining experience.
