Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising crew, inventory checks, cash handling, training teammates, and maintaining QSC and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience or EPL SPECS certification.
• Ability to pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep and cleaning; conduct inventory.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction while maintaining QSC safety standards.
• Supervise shift, manage breaks and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits and audits; interact with Area Leader as needed.
