El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader in California to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage opening/closing tasks, inventory, and cash handling, while training staff on new products and procedures.

Flexible scheduling includes full- or part-time hours and a strong benefits package. You’ll be expected to maintain health safety standards, supervise crew, and optimize service speed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or required.
• One+ year of restaurant supervisory experience or pass EPL FSA after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and deliveries.
• Ensure service speed, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to QSC standards.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
