Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through service excellence. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

Key duties include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, promoting service culture, handling complaints, and safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reason and analyze, and use computer systems.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and support the Store Management team when no manager is onsite.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, stocking, pricing, and weekly promotional displays.
