Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and maintaining inventory according to planograms. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
