Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when a manager is unavailable and ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions or complaints.
• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate stock, pricing, displays and inventory.
• Open and close procedures when required and coordinate with management.
