Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when managers are off-site, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, pricing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining displays according to plans.

Qualifications

• Required: deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with store management to supervise the crew and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; reset departments per plans and promotions.
