Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain displays.
