Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service. You will lead the store staff when managers are unavailable, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a smooth operation.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, merchandising, price tagging and display maintenance, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate activities.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Reset departments following planograms.
• Open/close procedures when manager not onsite.
