Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and a superior customer experience. When managers aren’t onsite, you’ll lead staff, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and uphold service standards.

You’ll supervise teams, handle customer questions and complaints, and promote a welcoming CVS culture. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and customer service.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crews, communicate with management and teams, and maintain standards.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, promote customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays according to planograms.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policy.
