Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining store presentation, while promoting CVS customer service and protecting confidentiality of customer data.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
