Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations and complete opening/closing procedures.

You will oversee merchandising, handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, and promote CVS customer service culture while coordinating with management and crews.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Must have advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead and supervise store staff when no manager is onsite.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues following company policy.
