CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering outstanding customer service and smooth store operations. The role involves supervising staff when managers are not onsite, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, supervision and analytical skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and good communication are required.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate store staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve questions or issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lead and support store staff in the absence of managers to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays according to planograms and promotions.
