Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to boost productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
