Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) to lead shift operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences on site in Glen Mills, PA. You will drive execution, make key decisions, and act as the senior on-site leader during shifts to keep everything running smoothly.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, ability to motivate Associates, and a focus on safety and customer service. A 4-day work week option is available and the compensation reflects the hourly wage and nightly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to support positive interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
