Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our store team in Texas. You will support store management in driving execution, supervise crews, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service to CVS/pharmacy customers.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer questions and complaints, maintaining shelves and displays, and supporting pricing and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crews and assist store management with daily operations.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory according to planograms
