Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead store staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication with management and crews, and maintaining merchandise presentation while helping customers with questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain store presentation.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
