CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are absent and complete opening/closing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, shelving, and department resets per plan. A flexible schedule and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required to assess store operations and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are essential for coordinating staff and customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
