Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service, driving store execution and loyalty. When managers are not on site, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer inquiries, maintain merchandising, price and stock shelves, and execute promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise staff when no manager is on site.
• Lead store crews and direct activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew members.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and high standards of service.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays; reset departments after promotions.
