CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed on time.

You will supervise daily activities, communicate with management and crews, assist customers with questions, and maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not present and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints to uphold CVS customer service.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays per seasonal needs.
