You will coach colleagues, ensure adherence to recipes and policies, handle cash and safety duties, and coordinate tasks across the shift to meet customer needs. This role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
