Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will mentor partners, oversee beverage and food preparation to spec, and drive exceptional customer experiences on every shift.

The role requires 6+ months in customer-facing roles and 6+ months of experience delegating tasks to teams, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations as shift supervisor
• Ensure quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes
