Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community and delivering quality beverages and food. You will coach a team, manage shift operations, and uphold store standards including safety and cash handling.

The role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience and at least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others. A flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience required.
• Six (6) months of supervising or coordinating two or more employees preferred.
• Able to prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct work of team and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shifts.
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards and flexible scheduling requirements.
