Job summary

The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a track record of customer service excellence in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and store policies are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Support staffing by delegating tasks and coordinating team effort.
