Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Able to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store environment.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store safety and security.
