Break Time Shift Leaders play a key role in managing Break Time Convenience Store operations in Missouri. They supervise shifts, assist with banking, inventory, and pricing, and drive excellent customer service during peak times.

The position emphasizes training new staff, upholding food service standards, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety while supporting store goals and policies set by MFA Petroleum Company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to train and lead a team, especially during peak hours.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of performing cashiering, banking, and basic inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; ensure fast, friendly service.
• Support daily store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Assist in marketing, pricing, promotions, and stocking merchandise.
• Supervise shifts when manager is absent; train new employees on policies.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Manage store finances, cash and inventory, and help meet sales targets.
• Support food service programs and food safety initiatives.
• Use POS systems and devices to handle transactions and reports.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
