MFA Oil Company is seeking a Break Time Shift Leader to assist in the management and operations of a Break Time convenience store in Sedalia, MO. You will supervise shifts, support store finances, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, food service, and adherence to policies. You will train team members, handle cash and inventory, and maintain cleanliness and safety while helping the company meet its goals.

Qualificações

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with secure transport to the bank.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate computer and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, and support peak hours.
• Assist in store operations: daily reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, promotions, pricing, and stock management.
• Supervise shifts in manager’s absence and train new employees.
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and team; manage cash handling and audits.
