• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and refund correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and coordinate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedule adherence and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and bank deposits per policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
