O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leaders in sales, service, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Manage telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers timely and contact customers as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns/refunds accurately and stage merchandise in returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted schedules and clocking-in procedures; manage opening/closing duties.
• Perform day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and lock/secure the building.
• Arming/disarming security and securing delivery vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
