Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading staff in customer service, overseeing showroom service levels, processing BOPIS and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• RSS Certification required or ability to obtain it.
• Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Manage store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and day-end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases.
• Ensure returns are processed, refunds issued, and merchandise invoiced.
• Coordinate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages.
